Become A Volunteer

Volunteer Positions Needed:

  • Serving Crew (9 volunteers): Assist with food preperation, be responsible for allocated number of tables, to deliver food family style. Three Courses, and help with clean up.
  • Set-Up and Tear-Down Team (4 volunteers): Help transform the venue into a stunning space by setting up tables, assembling stage and registration..
  • Registration Team (2 volunteers): Be the welcoming face of the event! Help manage guest check-in and distribute drink tickets efficiently.

Setting up and overseeing bouncing castle, theatre performances, t-shirt sales and more!

Bring joy to children by setting up and overseeing youth games, the petting zoo, and other kid-friendly activities. This role is perfect for those who love working with families and creating a fun, safe environment.

Assist with organizing and supporting this exciting event by helping contestants, setting up equipment, and ensuring the competition runs smoothly.

Help make the derby a success by managing weigh-ins, registration, bait distribution, prize distribution, and assisting participants throughout the day.

Support the festival’s entertainment hub by assisting performers, managing gate entrances, providing general help, and ensuring the area stays clean and welcoming for guests.

Helping with traffic control, assisting with registration, greeting car participants and attendees, serving as an information guide for Mudcat Festival activities, and supporting event setup and tear-down.
