Rooted in Real-Life Experience, Built for Accessibility
Angela Kingma launched Arms Open in 2021, after returning to school in her 40s while raising six children. She understands first-hand how overwhelming life can feel—and how important it is to have someone in your corner. What began in a home office has grown into four welcoming locations, with flexible pricing options to ensure no one is left behind when it comes to mental health support.
