The Dunnville Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors is elected each year at our Annual General Meeting (AGM). These dedicated positions are entirely volunteer-based, reflecting the commitment and passion of our board members to support and promote our local business community. Each position on the board carries specific roles and responsibilities, ensuring that our initiatives are effectively managed and our mission is upheld. Our board members bring diverse expertise and a shared vision to foster economic growth and enhance the quality of life in Dunnville.

Rebecca Booth’s dedication to volunteerism began early in life, deeply inspired by her mother’s example. Growing up on a small hobby farm in Dunnville, she got her start volunteering with the local club “Special Kids, Special Horses,” which ignited a lifelong passion for helping others. After living and working in several communities across Ontario, Rebecca returned to Dunnville in 2023, bringing with her a renewed commitment to serve and uplift the town she calls home.
Now serving as President of the Dunnville Chamber of Commerce, Rebecca brings a vibrant mix of leadership, entrepreneurship, and grassroots community engagement to the role. She is also the proud owner of Cranston Kinetics Bodies in Motion. Rebecca provides massage therapy services, with a focus on neurofascial techniques.
Her diverse career path includes experience in hospitality, retail, clerical roles, customer service, dance/fitness, and healthcare. Rebecca uses this wide-ranging expertise to bring fresh, community-minded ideas to the Chamber, drawing inspiration from other successful tourist towns. Her goal is to strengthen Dunnville’s local economy by enhancing festivals and events, fostering meaningful collaborations, and spotlighting the town’s unique charm.
As President, Rebecca is focused on deepening the Chamber’s community outreach, building strong relationships, and encouraging a culture of support and connection among local businesses and residents. She believes in the power of small-town unity and is committed to helping Dunnville thrive—together.

Marianne Kidd first became involved with the Dunnville Chamber of Commerce in 2019, volunteering to support local Christmas events and ensure treasured traditions continued for her children. With prior experience at the Wainfleet Chamber and a desire to bring fresh energy and positivity—particularly in response to negative online narratives—Marianne quickly became a driving force behind the Chamber’s renewed momentum. Her passion for event planning and her commitment to local business development made her a natural fit for a leadership role.
Now serving as Past President and Treasurer, Marianne brings a well-rounded blend of professional and entrepreneurial experience to the board. With a career background in finance and supply chain, and hands-on experience running her own retail business from 2014 to 2021, she offers both strategic insight and operational know-how. Her early years spent in the tourism industry shaped her understanding of economic development, and her education in Mechanical Engineering Technology at Niagara College added technical and manufacturing knowledge to her toolkit.
During her tenure as President, Marianne focused on rebuilding the Chamber’s foundation—mentoring future leaders, modernizing digital systems, and contracting out core services like marketing to ensure long-term sustainability. Her continued mission as Treasurer is to support a resilient, forward-thinking Chamber that champions local businesses and inspires community collaboration.
A proud advocate for Dunnville’s natural beauty and character, Marianne finds joy in showcasing the Grand River, the Port Maitland Lighthouse, and hometown icons like Muddy the fish mascot—believing that it’s often the local charm that leaves the biggest impression.

Since a young age, John Paul Salgueiro has been the mastermind behind countless parties and celebrations. From organizing street dances and festivals in his hometown to throwing unforgettable Halloween bashes that may or may not have caught the attention of local authorities (oops!), his flair for creating memorable events is second to none.
Now serving as Vice-President and Events Director on the Dunnville Chamber of Commerce board, John Paul brings bold ideas, big energy, and a collaborative spirit to the table. His goal is to take the Mudcat Festival and other community events to new heights—leveraging his extensive business network, securing impactful sponsorships, and delivering experiences that leave people counting down the days until next year.
With a sharp eye for creative solutions and a talent for uniting people, John Paul is committed to organizing standout events that make Dunnville proud. He’s also focused on expanding the Chamber’s network of sponsors to ensure every event is unforgettable and compelling for everyone involved.
After relocating his family’s business, Klear Kustoms Classic Car Restoration, to Dunnville 12 years ago, John Paul fell in love with the town’s strong sense of community. Whether it’s potlucks, parades, or the charm of local wildlife, he values the spirit of connection that makes Dunnville such a special place to live and grow.

Tamara Lovegrove joined the Dunnville Chamber of Commerce Board with a heart rooted in service and a deep passion for bringing people together. Her journey with the Chamber began when she stepped forward to chair the beloved Dunnville Community Christmas events—a role that perfectly aligned with her experience leading numerous fundraisers and community events across Dunnville and beyond. What started as a seasonal commitment quickly grew into something more, as Tamara found herself inspired by the Chamber’s mission and the dedicated team behind it.
With over 15 years of experience on various boards and committees—including the Dunnville Optimist Club, the Juravinski Hospital Advocacy Board, and the Canadian Cancer Society—Tamara brings a rich background in leadership and advocacy. She also helped facilitate a day program in Haldimand County for those living with life-threatening illnesses. Her dedication to community service runs especially deep due to her own personal story: surviving a long cancer journey herself, Tamara lives each day with the belief that time is a gift, and second chances should never be wasted. Her lived experience fuels her message that goals and dreams don’t come with expiration dates—and that when life doesn’t go as planned, it’s never a reason to give up, but a moment to pause, breathe, and try again.
As a board member, Tamara is committed to fostering unity, shifting mindsets from individual success to community impact. She hopes to inspire both residents and business owners to think collaboratively, creating a stronger, more connected Dunnville.
For Tamara, Dunnville’s greatest strength lies in its people—a passionate, talented, and like-minded community that she is proud to serve and grow with.

Rob Shirton is a dedicated advocate for Dunnville’s growth and community development. With over 30 years as a Realtor and more than 12 years as a Municipal Councilor, Rob brings a wealth of experience to the Dunnville Chamber of Commerce. His mission is to help build and grow Dunnville, positioning it as a thriving destination for residents and visitors alike.
Rob champions collaboration and the power of community, leveraging his insights and network to promote Dunnville as a place of opportunity and vitality. He is passionate about fostering volunteerism and connecting individuals and businesses to drive sustainable growth.
A hidden gem close to Rob’s heart is Myrnam Beach, a cherished local spot he believes deserves restoration to enhance Dunnville’s natural beauty and recreational offerings.

Angela Brooks brings a wealth of experience to the Dunnville Chamber of Commerce board as the Marketing and Communications Director. Her journey began with the Chamber in 2023 in a marketing role, where she played a supporting role to the board in shaping and defining the history in their brand story, refining processes, and developing marketing strategies. Inspired by the resilience and the passion demonstrated by her fellow board members, Angela was motivated to give back in a volunteer board member role to further contribute to their initiatives.
With over 20 years in Marketing and Design, Angela owns a successful marketing agency and publishing company, complemented by a robust understanding of the real estate industry as a real estate agent. Her strategic vision includes enhancing brand recognition for the Chamber and showcasing the value of membership within the community. Angela aims to establish cohesive marketing initiatives that promote member visibility and peer support, ensuring all Chamber members feel connected and valued.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Angela cherishes Dunnville’s community spirit and the generosity of its residents. She finds the genuine warmth and dedication of the people here irresistibly attractive, reinforcing her commitment to help the Chamber and their Members.
